  They have a huge issue with solving any problem on property but have no issue with billing you the very second they feel you owe them $. I've been here a year and heard at least 2 dozen times that the people who used to run this property(a few years ago) was way way better. They don't take the property serious. I can't stress enough how on your own you are after the office closes!! They acknowledge ALL the issues but have no solutions.

  I have two children in Holy Rosary Catholic School. Sebastian started in PreK and is in 2nd grade now. Iana started in 1st grade and is in 4th grade. Families come from as far as Katy and Sugar Land to bring their children to Holy Rosary. I am very proud to be apart of the School and the Church. The children in every grade are very respectful. The school will be celebrating its 75th year in 2016. We look forward and are very excited for the next few years to come.

  The place doesn't honor shell rewards cards even though its posted at the pump. When I asked the cashier about it he gave me a phone number to call that I left a message at. Which got no response shocker! Don't waste your money at a place that doesn't care about customer service at all!

  The business is located in a very unassuming strip center. All of my interactions have been with Cody Siebert of Briggs & Siebert (I understand that Lancaster passed away a few years ago.) It is interesting how my husband and I came in contact with Cody: four years ago, I got to know Cody as my teen daughter's dressage horse riding instructor. Cody's keen eye for observation and integration of horse anatomy, herd behavior, and riding technique were things that I had not seen with other horse instructors. Slowly, I learned that horse riding instruction was a hobby and that her primary occupation was as a financial advisor. After two years of watching and interacting with Cody, I decided to trust her with some of our money. I think Cody has experience, an ability to teach why and what she is doing with your money and proactive. My husband and I work with 2 other financial advisors and so are not new to the experience of being clients to a financial consultant. Rather than present a lot of business industry specific terminology, she presented concepts in a very understandable way: each dollar is assigned a specific task, either as a short term, mid term or long term dollar. Don't get angry that your short term dollars are not giving you performance that you would expect out of a long term dollar... Over time, she introduces terminology and other concepts. The monies that my husband and I have entrusted Cody with has grown in amount. I am happy with my decision to include Cody as part of my financial planning.
